About South Atlantic Land Title, Inc. South Atlantic Land Title, Inc., also called SALTI was established on February 10, 2005 as the only independently owned Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation agency between Raleigh and Wilmington, located in eastern North Carolina in Lumberton. It is owned by Richmond H. Page and Vicki L. Pait.

Mr. Page, the President of SALTI, is a licensed North Carolina attorney (Campbell University, B.S. '70 and Wake Forest, J.D. '73), having practiced for 28 years prior to going into the title insurance field as an underwriting counsel. He lives in Lumberton, NC.		Mrs. Pait, the Vice-President and Secretary of SALTI, is a licensed underwriter in North Carolina and lives in Bladenboro, NC.

After several years in the title insurance field, they saw the need for an agency with its primary goal of servicing the needs of the North Carolina real estate bar thereby facilitating the general public’s purchasing and refinancing of real property. Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., a Fortune 500 Most Admired Company, with the financial resources to provide the piece of mind for both the attorney and their clients in title insurance matters.
