To the Members:
Can you believe it? The holiday season is fast approaching and plans are underway for our Forty-Fourth Annual Holiday Ball. We are excited about celebrating the Holiday Season with you and your guests!
This year’s festivities promise to be special in many ways.
The band, HOT SAUCE, will provide music from 8:00 p.m.
A lavish Cocktail Buffet is being planned.
Cocktails, beer and wine will be provided by the Cotillion Club beginning at 7:00 p.m.
2009 has produced fun, entertainment and great dances with The Mo'Money Band at the Spring Dance (see pictures at the website), Mark Roberts and The Breeze Band at the Fall Dance, and HOT SAUCE promises to be a real blow-out.
The Holiday Ball is always the highlight of the year and this year will be no exception. You may invite one (1) couple as your guest (two (2) couples with prior permission of the Club [please contact the President]).
We need more quality members. Presently, there are 90 members and we can have an additional 35 members. So, as you are making your selection of guest(s) to invite, remember that NEW MEMBERS for next year must have attended a Ball (so think Ball guest and new member!)
Please return the bottom section by mail, fax or by cut and pasting the information of their names and address to "email us" below so that we may send them an invitation.
Please remember to sign the member book upon entering the country club facilities.
Important dates: [1] November 15, 2009 - Last day for guest(s) information; [2] November 16-17, 2009 - Formal Invitations will be mailed; [3] December 12, 2009 - See you at the Ball!
Watch for the Newsletter and Notice of the annual members meeting. Dues due on or before February 15, 2010.
