The New ALTA 2006 Policies for Owners and Loans have been approved by the North Carolina Commissioner of Insurance and are now being offered by SOUTH ATLANTIC LAND TITLE, INC. (SALTI) agents for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation. The 1992 policy forms have been decertified by ALTA, however, we will continue to issue the policy form which you request (as long as supplies of the 1992's last). Notice #070626_1 - rhp |
